What we do with data

When you upload a bank statement to our free stress check, the file is sent to our analysis service, processed to produce a financial health read-out, and returned to you.

No account is created and we do not ask for your name. We do not store the uploaded file after the analysis completes. We keep anonymous operational metrics — file size, processing time, success or failure, the detected bank and currency — so we can tell whether the service is working. Those metrics contain no transaction data.

The analysis is generated by an AI model. It is informational and is not financial advice.

Our prototype connects to bank accounts using read-only PSD2 access over regulated open-banking rails. We never ask for or store banking passwords.

Today the closed alpha runs on the founder’s own accounts only. There is no external test cohort.

Before we extend access to anyone else — including friends and family — we will publish the consent terms, the retention policy and the withdrawal process here. That documentation is a prerequisite, not an afterthought.

If you submit a pilot inquiry we store the name, email, organisation and message you provide, solely to respond to you. If you join the waitlist we store your email address for the same purpose.

We do not sell this data, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

We use third-party infrastructure to host this site, run our analysis workflows and store inquiry records. Each processor handles data only on our instruction.

We can name every processor in our chain on request — ask and we will tell you.

Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
